“In this corner of the world the sky, the earth and the sea embrace and from their union springs a poetic landscape and seascape of rare beauty. The light is magical and softly illuminates the deep and mysterious ponds where ancient  trees stand guard. The strength and majesty of this island,  at times austere, gives rise to the blacks and browns of the peat bogs and the grey of the rocky shores that then meet the deep blues and greens of the Irish Sea.”
